Bishop Ernest A. Edwards is the Senior Pastor and founder of United In Love Ministries (UILM). Bishop Edwards is known worldwide for his loving and giving spirit. Through Bishop Edwards’ obedience to God the ministry was birthed to help people with their spiritual needs, as well as to help improve both their spiritual and personal lives through the perfecting of their faith in God. The Church theme further exhibits this mindset “Each One Reach Someone”.

UILM was officially activated and its executive committee was established in November 2010. The establishing ministry committee consisted of Bishop Ernest Edwards, Elder Noretta Edwards, Elder Cosette Young, Deacon Willie Chisholm, and Deaconess Jane Chisholm.

Members of this unique ministry are known as laborers; taken from 1 Cor 15:58. The favor of God was already on this ministry from conception. Initially, meetings were held twice a month at various locations until the formal location of 2227 Drake Ave, Bldg 9 manifested in the Spring of 2011. Building 9 was dedicated to the Lord on June 24, 2011. The first worship service was held on July 10, 2011. On September 3, 2016, 2227 Drake Ave, Bldg 30 was dedicated as the new home of UILM provided by the Lord.

UILM is a part of Unity Christian Fellowship International (UCFI) Ministries, which is a church with many locations. The parent headquarters is located in Woodbridge, Virginia under the leadership of the anointed and God appointed Presiding Prelate, Apostle, Dr. Nelson K. Williams.
