Our Beliefs

We are a ministry founded on biblical principles. We teach the Word of God with simplicity and understanding truth, promoting Christian unity with the spirit of excellence so that it may be applied to our everyday lives in a practical and effective manner. We inspire change through the Word of God from the inside out, ultimately affecting and changing our immediate community, nation, and world.

United In Love Ministries is a place where we promote unity in the Body of Christ as we build a relationship with God.

This church accepts the Scriptures in its entirety as its authority in matters of faith and practice. Its understanding of Christian truth, as contained therein, is in essential accord with the beliefs of Unity Christian fellowship International Ministries, but it has no statement of creed apart from the New Testament.

The Bible, the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings, and complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christians' faith and life.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.

After death, eternal life begins either in heaven or hell. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior. When the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those who are alive and remain (those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior) will be caught up to meet Him in the air.

Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life and the Lord's Supper is a memorial service setting forth in sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ; all true believers and only believers should share in it.

We believe in the indwelling of, and baptism of, the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

We believe in divine healing - the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God's Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His stripes we are already healed.

We believe that tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local church. The local church is the place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word on a consistent basis and to grow spiritually.

We believe in giving alms to the poor, sick, homeless and others in despair.
