Women's Ministry

Elder Noretta Edwards, Director

The primary responsibilities of the Director of Women’s Ministry are to help build, mentor, and support the women via workshops, group sessions, conferences, and prayer/fasting. The vision for the Women’s Ministry is to provide a safe place for the women to come together as sisters, daughters, mothers, friends, and ministry partners to promote growth and self-development spiritually, physically, and mentally in their local church and society. It is a vision of unity with a doctrinally sound and programmatic approach to ministry that seeks to not only meet every woman at the point of her need, but to strengthen her, so that she fulfills her God-given purpose in the Kingdom.

Men's Ministry

Brother John Hardy, Director

The primary responsibilities of the Director of Men’s Ministry are to help build, mentor, and support the men via the utilization of workshops, units, evangelism, and prayer to develop men into becoming passionate disciples for Christ. Our approach is a practical, pragmatic assessment of obstacles that have historically deterred men from ministry and being successful in Kingdom growth. It is our vision to enhance and guide men into Biblically sound relationships in their families and local church by making continual deposits into their spiritual, emotional, economic, and leadership development, as they seek their rightful place in the Kingdom of God.

Christian Education

Vacant, Director

Christian Education is not simply education for education's sake, nor is it merely driven by pragmatic necessities; it is a ministry of the church. Christian Education seeks simply to impart knowledge or raise levels of cognition or awareness falls short of education as a calling to pastoral service within the community of faith.

Our church's educational ministry consists of several foundational elements. This ministry goal is intentionally directed towards making disciples of Jesus Christ. The Christian Education Ministry provides an agenda of discipleship opportunities, which include new members’ orientation; men's and women's groups; specific seminars and training opportunities (e.g., spiritual gift identification and development, leadership training, church safety policies and practices); one-on-one and small group mentoring and accountability; intergenerational relationships; family-oriented ministries; church-wide retreats.
